Allowances are hard stops: when a key reaches its monthly reports it pauses until the next month, and you can move up a tier at any time. There is no per-report overage. Annual billing saves two months.

Unlimited batch conversion on Enterprise is subject to reasonable technical rate limits, fair-use protections and abuse safeguards. We may ask to coordinate exceptionally large workloads in advance.

Township Canada self-service plans are intended for internal professional use and application development. High-volume automated processing, commercial redistribution, resale, white-label use, embedded products, or use of Township Canada data as a material component of a third-party commercial product requires an Enterprise agreement.

Every paid plan includes the iOS and Android field app. Download it, sign in with your account, and get turn-by-turn navigation to any legal land description. No separate purchase and no license keys.
Frequently asked questions
How does the Business batch allowance work?
Business includes 2,500 successful batch conversions per month, shared across your organization. Only records that convert successfully count; failed rows, retries and re-runs of the same list do not. Usage resets on your billing date and is shown on the batch page.
What happens if I go over the batch allowance?
Occasional overages are covered by batch packs: 2,500 extra records for $100, up to 2 packs per month. If you regularly process more than that, Enterprise is the right fit and we will reach out before anything is blocked.
What counts as a parcel report on the Agriculture and Energy add-ons?
One report is one parcel's Agriculture, Energy or Combined intelligence in a billing period. Reloading a report you already generated, browsing the map, and retries never count again. Each add-on includes 100 reports per month; higher-volume enrichment belongs on Enterprise.
Can I use Township Canada inside a product I sell?
Self-service plans cover internal professional use and application development. Resale, white-label, embedded products and high-volume automated processing require an Enterprise agreement. Talk to us and we will scope it.
What is your refund policy?
All plans include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
What export formats are supported?
Pro supports PDF. Business adds CSV, KML, Shapefile, GeoJSON, and DXF for compatibility with CAD and GIS software.
Do API plans require a web subscription?
No. API subscriptions are independent of web and mobile plans. Choose each API product you need, then create and manage its keys in the developer dashboard.
Do web data bundles include API access?
Web data bundles add Agriculture and Energy intelligence inside Township Canada. The Parcel Intelligence API delivers that intelligence as JSON statistics through the Reports API, or map tiles through the Maps API, with separate API subscriptions. Maps API plans are priced per tile request; Reports API plans are priced per parcel report.
Does annual API billing increase the monthly allowance?
Annual billing saves two months of subscription fees. The monthly request or parcel-report allowance stays the same for your selected product and tier.
