Request limits apply to the selected API product. Annual billing does not increase monthly allowances. Parcel intelligence subscriptions have a separate monthly report allowance; see API data bundles for the available plans.
On HTTP 429, reduce concurrency and retry with exponential backoff and a maximum retry count. A monthly quota is separate from throttling: check usage in your developer dashboard before retrying repeatedly.
