The score for each parcel and its difference from the portfolio average. Alberta parcels also show the LSRS score and the municipal LSRS average. Saskatchewan and Manitoba scores use a national soil fallback, so compare within a province.
Crop and land use
AAFC
The dominant crop and the cropland share for each quarter section.
Drought history
Canadian Drought Monitor
The share of monitored months each parcel spent at D1 or worse, plus months at D0 to D3, the worst class, and the last D1 month.
Wells and pipelines
Wells · pipelines (AB · SK)
Well count and pipeline metres on each parcel.
Wetlands
ABMI · AAFC proxy
Mapped wetland presence on each parcel: ABMI in Alberta, an AAFC land-use proxy elsewhere.

Common questions

Does it value the land?
No. It profiles the land. Valuation needs sales, rents, and professional judgment that the pack does not include.
How many parcels can I send?
Up to 25 parcels per pack. Start with the parcels in one deal or a sample of your portfolio, and tell us the size in your request.
How is the pack delivered?
During the pilot we run the pack for your parcels and send you the files: JSON, CSV, and GeoJSON for your own tools, plus a printable report. There is no self-serve upload yet.
How current is the data?
Alberta regulator well, pipeline, and facility data refresh monthly, and Saskatchewan loads run weekly to monthly. The Canadian Drought Monitor refreshes monthly and the AAFC crop inventory is annual. Every section names its source and refresh cadence, with an as-of date where the data load records one, so you can see which vintage you are looking at.
What does it cost?
