The Real Estate add-on builds a client-ready package for a farm property. You define the property by drawing its boundary on the map, where it snaps to quarter sections, or by pasting the quarters and LSDs from a title or listing. One report run then reads land and energy across every block.
For each quarter section, the package shows acres by use, estimated from AAFC satellite land cover and scaled to title acres, along with soil capability and the crop mix. For each LSD, it lists wells with their status and operator, flags orphan wells, and counts pipeline segments and facilities. It also covers the Crown dispositions that touch the property, a location and route map, and aerial imagery of the whole property and each block.
You pick the pages, set a title and download a PDF with your firm name and logo on every page. The maps and tables also come as PNG and CSV files in one zip. Properties live in your projects, so the whole team works from the same blocks. The add-on stacks on a Business subscription.
